Meet The Founders

RICK WEBB

Rick joined the Army in 2005 and served a total of 14 years, in this time he deployed to multiple countries for training and also on active operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Rick was a multiple commander, responsible for planning and delivering successful operations throughout the area of operations and ultimately the lives of 14 men. Rick was medically discharged from the military after sustaining life changing injuries due to standing on an IED (improvised explosive device) in Afghanistan 2012, as such he is now an above knee left leg amputee. This hasn't stopped him achieving, he is a level 4 qualified health and wellness professional in exercise in disability, nutrition and GP referral, completed the USMC Marathon and the Virgin London Marathon, raising thousands for charity and helped countless clients in building resilience and mental well-being.

RYAN RAWLINSON

Ryan joined the army in 2007, serving 8 years in total. Ryan deployed to Afghanistan twice in quick succession. Spending a total of 14 months in an extremely hostile environment, under intense pressure. Ryan specialised in building resilience, discipline and motivation, often in the face of adversity. Ryan used this unique experience and went on to qualify as an Army Physical Training Instructor, bringing a mountain of experience both mentally and physically to the role. From here Ryan took his knowledge and wealth of experience into the civilian sector, consulting hundreds of clients on how to become the best version of themselves and getting the maximum out of work/life balance. Ryan continues to educate and help others daily.

AJ ROBERTS

AJ joined the army in 2003, serving his country for 15 years. In this time he also deployed on multiple operational tours, having to plan and execute immensely complicated missions, being responsible for others well-being and safety at all times. After sustaining a back injury, AJ was medically discharged and went through the transition to civilian life. This was difficult, but AJ possesses true resilience and determination and found his way to Australia, becoming a business and mindset coach, leadership trainer and motivational speaker. AJ now heads a leadership and management institute back here in the UK.
